Privacy policy

The data controller is Core Labs Consultoria LTDA, headquartered in Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil.

We collect only the data you enter in the contact form: name, work email, company, subject and message. The page the form was sent from is included with it.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. To do that, Cloudflare processes technical browser data and the IP address.

Form data is used to reply to your message and to carry on the business conversation that follows from it. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.

Processing relies on your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box in the form (LGPD, art. 7, I), and on preliminary steps to a contract at your request (art. 7, V). LGPD is Brazil's General Data Protection Law.

Form submissions are received by an automation server (n8n) operated by Core Labs itself. The website is static and has no database.

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your message and the business relationship that follows from it. You can ask for deletion at any time.

This site uses no third-party cookies and no advertising cookies. Audience measurement is done with Umami, hosted by Core Labs itself, without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

When you switch languages or dismiss the language notice, the site stores that choice in your own browser so the notice is not shown again. This information is not sent to Core Labs.

You can ask for confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, and you can withdraw consent. These rights are set out in LGPD, art. 18.
